Solutions Architect

eVideo is a leading partner  in unified communications, audio visual, boardroom integration and videoconferencing products to corporate, government and education Australia wide.

We are seeking a technician who can provide technical assistance and troubleshooting of  Cloud Collaboration , Unified Communcations, telepresence and audio conferencing equipment in conference room and mobile system environments.

You would also provide assistance in installations of AV equipment/Collaboration/Wireless access /Cloud ( Video/Voice).

You must be motivated to undertake training & build knowledge of new technologies and at least 2 years experience is preferred.

You would be required to work directly with customers to implement and operate conference and collaboration equipment set-up.

  • Ability to draft technical documentation.
  • Ability to create schematics and project documentation
  • Trouble shooting skills in AV & IT technology.
  • Fundamental knowledge of IP Networks.

Internal Sales/BDM (Sydney)

We are looking for an Internal sales person/BDM to join our young team.    We are a supplier of  videoconferencing including cloud solutions and audio visual hardware and fit outs.   Minimum one year experience in the audio visual field would be preferable.  Commission package will be included in addition to base salary.  Training provided as needed.

Salary package plus commission dependant on experience.

Telesales Executive ( Sydney, Gold Coast, Melbourne)

We are looking for a Telesales Executive with experience in B2B sales. This is an opportunity to join a leading organisation in the unified communications arena. In this role you will be selling unified communication solutions to large corporates, education and government organisations. Experience with  Polycom and Cisco products preferred but training will be given. eVideo also offers a range of solutions from video conferencing/audio visual solutions, through to cloud based video exchange services.

The role is about identifying new business opportunities and building new relationships together with major account management of existing customers. You should be self motivated. A minimum 2 years sales experience in the telecommunications/IT industry is essential. Experience with business phones systems and IP telephoney would be highly regarded. Proof of sales track record and experience preferred.

You should be well presented and professional and not be afraid to work outside your comfort zone in order to find the right solutions and be able to achieve personal revenue targets. An effective communicator and negotiator, you will also have strong business acumen and consultative approach.

Salary package with commission + super dependant on experience.

Experience Required

  • Experience with audio and video in an integrated video/audio conferencing environment.
